After a promising showing on the Sunday before this game the boys were in a confident mood, as normal we started slow and were one nil down early on when we had yet another penalty awarded against us again Meady was the culprit.

Paul Currier levelled the score with a delightful lob from 25 yards, only for Cogenhoe to go ahead 7 minutes later when Tolli failed to gather the ball.

We went in at half time 2-1 down with all still to play for then slack marking let in former motorman Ian Pearce to extend the lead to 3-1.

The scoreline remained the same until the 89^th minute when Cogenhoe finished with a quick fire double.
