DAVENTRY UNITED 1  V  3  ON CHENECKS

 Daventry: Shaun Allen, Ben Collins (Allan Haynes), Leigh Roberts, Ady Pestell, Jamie Moss, Wayne Richardson, Michael Parkes (Lee Reynolds), Ian Waldock, Tommy Waldock, Tony Burt, Joel Young (Jamie Jollands).

Chenecks: Ben Garrett, Adam Dilley (Vinny Maye), Steve Allen, Joe Evans (Greg Randall), Nathan Cook, Jason Bradshaw, Scott Barczewski, Shane Newman, Marc Cross, Ciaran White (Lee Bradley), Lee Haines. 

 

United’s unbeaten run came to an abrupt end when Chenecks rolled into town! On form Chenecks hassled and bundled a lack lustre United who never looked in this one from the start.

Goals from Scott Barczewski in the first half and a second from Marc Cross with twenty minutes to go had United on the back foot. Tommy Waldock then pulled one back for United to give them hope of at least a point, that was until they committed defensive suicide again and Le Bradley gave Chenecks all three points with a simple tap in.
